yesterday I did 2 swaps via pancake and the transaction was successful but the value on the coin never appeared in my trust wallet. Besides that, my balance is also reduced in the trust wallet. i have tried to add custom token, reimport my trustwallet and open my trustwallet on another device but it never works.
If anyone can help me to figure this out, I’d really appreciate it, thanks.

@afif15 just make sure you added correct info sent above and follow proper steps for adding custom token.
If problem persists, try to use VPN and refresh your wallet. You can try different servers.

I have followed that step but the value on my token is still 0, is there anything else I should do?
having problems with tokens appearing in my trust wallet
bought arcona using bnt on bancor, and transaction says successful but no tokens in my wallet

@james1504777 When swapping tokens for the first time, you have to approve it first to be spendable. And, that is what you did just now.
Since you are done approving the token, you need to enter the amount that you want to exchange then press the swap button.
All in all, you will confirm two transactions: approve and swap
NB: Both token approval and swapping transactions needs gas fees.
