Token transfer succeeded but token not arrive

i made one transfer from huobi trading platrom for APENFT Token to my own trust wallet few days ago . The transaction succeeded, but i havent received today . i think i made an misunderstanding for receive token address. I asked support team from huobi ,they said they can nothing since transaction was done from their side.

i though i got wrong token address, i though it is APENFT, but it is APE-LP.
i dont even know what this is .
and , how the transaction can be succeed if send token and receive toke is not same token ?

Hello @alvinzhh you sent your tokens on HECO blockchain. Please try to add it as custom token. Here are the steps that you can do to manually add the token: How to Add a Custom Token

Token details:-

@Alan47 thanks Alan ,looks received . i can see the quantities of token . but cant see the value . this is should be normal right ?

Simalar thing happened to me…

I sent ADA from Huobi to My trust wallet. I have not received them

I have trying to follow these steps in vain…

How do l get a contract address?

Hello @Apuuli314 To better assist, please send the following information:

  1. Trust Wallet app version (open the app, go to the settings of the app and press “About”, take a screenshot, and attach it here)

  2. Crypto wallet address (press the receive icon near the send button, take a screenshot of the QR code, and attach it here. Also copy and paste it in plain text)

  3. Transaction hash or link (if you have any, please copy and paste)
