I had withdrawn my Ton coin from exchange to Trust wallet a couple of hours ago but I cannot see it on my trust wallet. I already have some Ton coin, so it’s not a new coin. The exchange sent an email confirming withdrawal.
The wallet also says ‘cannot see your transaction, check explorer’. When I open the link to explorer, I can see my Ton coin incoming (green colour) and p outgoing (red colour) but the Ton coin has not come to my wallet yet.
Please let me know how to resolve this. Thank you.
I have tried this. Used a new device and imported the wallet but did not work. The explorer link says the TON came in and went out and shows some random address . Please clarify.
@smrmhk If you notice an unauthorized transaction on your wallet, then it is most likely compromised and you need to stop using the wallet immediately.
Please be informed that Trust Wallet is a free, decentralized app that allows users to be custodians of their crypto assets.
Anyone can create a wallet without the need for any user verification.
We have no way to identify the person who has access to a specific wallet or address.
Trust Wallet does not hold the funds. Everything is on the blockchain.
What this means is that a wallet can be accessed using a different app.
The Trust Wallet team cannot reverse, cancel, or refund confirmed transactions in the blockchain since the app is a non-custodial wallet. All transactions done in the blockchain are permanent.
It is recommended to create a new wallet and abandon the compromised one. Please make sure you downloaded and installed the legitimate Trust Wallet app on official sites, you can check here: https://trustwallet.com/
The system is somehow not allowing me to upload a pic of the “explorer” link but the incoming address with a green arrow, outgoing address with a red arrow is the same. Looks like some sort of internal address.
Looks like a sort of technical issue and not an isolated issue. Please could you help check with the team and sort this out.
