Hello @Enuhi if transaction history is not visible in the app, you can use explorer to download your transaction history as CVS. Depending on the network/blockchain, you can search for your address and check on their respective explorers: Binance Chain BEP2 (https://explorer.binance.org/),
Ethereum ERC20 (http://etherscan.io/),
Binance Smart Chain BEP20 (http://bscscan.com/),
Bitcoin (https://www.blockchain.com/explorer),
Tron TRC10 and TRC20 (https://trx.tokenview.com/), and a lot more.
Hi @Alan47 I have the same issue with not seeing transaction history on my trustwallet app.
How do I find my address?
Thank you
@MrArfolos transaction history for which coin/token? app currently shows transactions history for sending and receiving tokens/coins, DEX and DApps swapping history can’t be displayed in the app, you can use explorer. To find your address tap on specific coin/token then click copy, your address will be copied to the clipboard.
Hello,
I’ve been trying for days to figure out if I actually received my BNB tokens when I sold my Doge Father token on pancake swap. I’ve reached out support on telegram but all I get is scammers. Can you please help me and tell me if the transcript went through into my trust wallet.
Her’s the transaction 0x894f2f1bafe7bb7276a1f820b7094b80bc5444b0892bb65b8e48974ebe9b3bb5
Why does it say WBNB? Did the bnb arrive in my wallet? I never saw my bnb balance go up.
Thank you.
@Walletuser you received 0.150859787387902796 BNB from above transaction after swapping Dogefather to BNB.
Then, you swapped 0.147178578238009677 BNB to BABYCAKE tokens which are currently in your wallet.
Here’s transaction: https://bscscan.com/tx/0xe8a9a132abe6ff43c65fadaed95af85e3585e76a21c6210343db08be9734ef17
Thank you for that info.
Recently my trust wallet hasn’t been able to connect through pancake swap while I’m on my VPN. I’ve noticed now I have to get off my VPN in order to connect my wallet.
I tried resetting my vpn, using different servers, reinstalling my trust wallet, resetting my wifi, clearing out my cache and still it won’t connect while being connected to my VPN!
The issue started today. I made purchases all week and this morning however, this evening was when it stoped working/connecting.
Do you have any suggestions? I dont want to get off my vpn when I make my transactions.
Thanks
@Alan47 Thank you for this, however using the Newton deposit address resulted in them saying they cannot receive my eth as per the following:
Unsupported network: In the case that you send a coin through an unsupported network (e.g. Binance Smart Chain), we will not be able to retrieve your cryptocurrency deposit.
any ideas on how I might get my eth back?
Thank you!!

Please contact the customer support of Wallet so they can assist you with the deposit issue. If they are not willing to recover the crypto or credit your account, then, unfortunately, you may consider it as lost. Please be careful next time and triple-check before transacting.
If they provide option for exporting private keys/recovery phrase you can try to import to trust Wallet.
