  1. Trust Wallet app version (open the app, go to the settings of the app and press ā€œAboutā€, take a screenshot, and attach it here)
  2. Crypto wallet address (press the receive icon near the send button, take a screenshot of the QR code, and attach it here. Also copy and paste it in plain text)

Hi, I think I have the same problem. I have USDT, but I canā€™t get it transferred to another wallet.

That USDT you have is a fake one itā€™s best to not interact with it at all.

@Lorenzo123 Itā€™s a scam token and a clone of the real one.
Like i said earlier, please donā€™t interact with it.

Iā€™m having the same issues right now ā€¦I deposited doge into my wallet and it hasnā€™t reflected since ā€¦I deposited it about 2hrs ago ā€¦I messaged the support on roqque as thatā€™s where I sent it from and they said it had sent successfully that I should talk to trustwallet support ā€¦so some help please

@One111 Thatā€™s my error, sorry. I should have added that you need to also reimport your wallet after and see if your balance is updated then.

The dogecoin in question was sent from my roqque wallet to my trust wallet and this is the transaction Id 68606906

You need to send a transaction ID so i can check.
