I bought some StepDog using Pancakeswap but it doesn’t appear on my trustwallet. What should i do?

It seems you fell for a phishing attack and your wallet compromised.
Here are the possible reasons:

  1. You shared your 12 words (via phishing, social engineering, etc.);

  2. You saved your 12 words in a very bad place;

  3. Your device is corrupted with malware;

  4. Someone had physical access to your device;

  5. You entered your recovery phrase on a fake/clone app.

  6. You transacted with a malicious DApp.

Unfortunately, confirmed transactions at blockchain are irreversible.

Nobody has them, i wrote them on paper when i created the account. I made two transactions. 2.000.000 tokens and 20.000 tokens. Can you check, please?

Maybe, but its weird that I minted 100 NFTs, with the same contract in a short period, and 5 random NFTs went from the contract to this other address, and they are still the only erc721 tokens in that wallet, while the other 95 came back. Especially with how glitchy the process was for the first.couple weeks, and the amount of complaints I’ve seen concerning similar problems with pancake swap(although I seem to be the only one that lost PMON NFTs?

Hi. i just bought token on pancake swap. pancake swap says no transactions , yet there is transactions when i check on bscan. token not appearing in my trust wallet. thanks

  1. Trust Wallet app version (open the app, go to the settings of the app and press “About”, take a screenshot, and attach it here)

  2. Crypto wallet address (press the receive icon near the send button, take a screenshot of the QR code, and attach it here. Also copy and paste it in plain text)

  3. Transaction hash or link (if you have any, please copy and paste)

  4. Further details about your issue (please explain what you were trying to do)

  1. Trust version of the wallet attached(its 1.33)

  2. When i press the receive icon, it does not show me the crypto wallet address. Once i click on Receive icon(it asks me to select the token and then this is how i got the wallet address. When i did the swap using pancakeswap, i had actually gone through option Dapps, and connected the wallet(for pancakeswap.finance) and the wallet address is : 0xB4A21DaF6f2Ad29fF5C8693c7AB5Fd85725f8F03

Also have attached the screen on the pancakeswap Dapp screen i am referring to

  1. Screenshot of my wallet as this does not show any error. For your information, when i did the swap for Smaug, there should have been notification in TrustWallet but i had not got that notification in the trust wallet and this looked to be the missing step and through transaction looked to have been transferred from BNB to SMG. Now
    $344.16 BNB is now lost at the moment.
