I have read the article and search for BUSD and I’ve enable the BUSD BNB Smart Chain, BUSD BNB Beacon Chain and others but I can’t find BUSD on the BEP20 network.

@Tobi, I intended to send BTC from Binance to my BNB smart chain on trust wallet but the money went to BTCB, how can I withdraw my asset now that I don’t have funds for my BNB smart chain, and why was the asset redirected?

@brightonos You withdrew on the BEP20 network and you received it, nothing was redirected.
To send out, you need BNB as gas fees.

@Tobi how can I get BNB gas fees when in Nigeria without experiencing any issues?

@brightonos You can buy via a 3rd party crypto provider on the Trust app or send from an exchange to your Trust app.

I do not understand, how can I buy when it’s saying I don’t have enough BNB smart Chain, the last money I transferred to the Trust app was for the BNB smart Chain but it entered USDT instead of BNB Smart Chain, and now I can’t convert or withdraw fund. I’ve tried to fund the BNB directly to ensure the money enters the account but the credit card payment option is saying that the Virtual card expiring date is not correct. I wanted to sell the asset in my trust app. I am tired of the up and down.

@brightonos All you’ve explained in your previous points to errors you’ve made.
To clarify;

  1. There’s no way you send BNB smart chain to your wallet and you receive USDT, what you send is what you receive
  2. If the card you’re using says “expiring date isn’t correct”, then that’s your card provider issue and not Trust wallet issue.

If you want to deposit from an exchange or another wallet to your Trust app, then send BNB on the BEP20 network.
Or you can choose to buy via a 3rd party provider.

Sorry to hijack this thread, but I don’t see a way to post a new question. I seem only to have an option to reply to an existing question. Can someone please help?

The transfer was successful, but the funds did not arrive. Could I have made a mistake in choosing erc 20 and trc20 and what should I do?

@neiv You can post your question here if you want

@Danterock You need to confirm from the sending wallet what chain you sent on.

Thanks, Tobi! My question has to do with BIP-39 seed words/phrases. When I sent my BTC from Gemini to Trust Wallet, TW generated a 12-word phrase. One of those words is a three-letter word, which concerned me because my understanding is that the first four letters are required for recovery purposes. Is a three-letter word legitimate? Thanks in advance.
