Hello, similar issue just pancakeswap bnb smart chain to Catgirl. Added it as a custom token it shows up on my list but says I have zero tokens.

I sent usdt bep 20 from my trust wallet to the exchange and did not notice that this exchange does not support the bsc network. the tokens went to the ERC20. How can I get them back.

@angevicka Please contact the customer support of destination platform so they can assist you with the deposit issue. If they are not willing to recover the crypto or credit your account, then, unfortunately, you may consider it as lost. Please be careful next time and triple-check before transacting.
