Thanks for providing all the requested information. Upon checking with the dev team, there are issues with the Cosmos blockchain right now. Not all nodes have upgraded yet, that’s why there’s an error. Please wait for this issue to be fixed.

Sorry, but, there’s no ETA in the meantime. The independent node validators needs to update so the blockchain will be stable.
