"Wallet cannot be decrypted" Error

What is this Wallet Cannot Be Decrypted Error?

Trust uses Android Keystore library which utilizes dedicated hardware for added security. Your wallet encryption key is stored in the Android Keystore. Unfortunately, on some devices
the key is lost due to an Android bug that was fixed in version 8.

Attention:
This fix is only applicable if you have a backup of your wallet.

How to Fix It?

1. Do not use the wallet

It is impossible to send digital assets including Ether and tokens from the affected wallet, therefore avoid transferring any funds there until the wallet is recovered.
You cannot backup the recovery phrase at this point.
