Xrp wont reflect on my account

I was sent some xrp coin from a coinbase account to my trust account but over 12 hours now it wont show on my balance but its showing completed on block explorer

I was sent 93.69 xrp which 1xrp was reserved cause its a new wallet and im suppose to be having 92.69 xrp in my wallet but it wont go through

It has a different wallet and transaction hash but its 0.00 balance
