Zenledger import of addresses

I am having trouble importing a BTC and an ETH address into Zenledger which is recognized by Zenledger. Does anyone have any guidance for how to find a receive address that Zenledger will recognize?

The regular receive addresses are not working.

I have these instructions and have followed them. The address they generate is invisible to Zenledger. Is there a less public layer?

For ETH, this is already the public address which is visible on public explorers like Etherscan.
For BTC, you need to get the XPUB address as it has an added layer of privacy.
