You need to import your wallet as a Multi Coin wallet.

As you can see here https://bscscan.com/address/0xF8Bd5Bb5f9A6857D205DD01D4C4677e974c13ACf The money is in your BSC Wallet , Binance-Peg BSC-USD . Can you see it in your Trust Wallet ? Can you enable Binance-Peg BSC-USD in your Wallet ? , do you know how to do it ?.

You can do this , in your case your should add Binance-Peg BSC-USD to your Wallet manually

One more question please, What should I choose in the token. There are a lot of choices. What isBinance-Peg BSC-USD ? I confused should I write BSC or USD.
it’s called Binance-Peg BSC-USD just search for it Binance-Peg BSC-USD or BSC-USD it’s the name.
