Balances not showing after wallet restore

@daarryl This is most likely from your device internet.
You could try deleting the app and then reinstalling.

Hi Tobi. thats how I ended up in this situation in the first place. My waallet would not send any tokens to anywhere, DEX, CEX, or another wallet so I tried a bunch of trouble shooting things but nothing worked so I deleted app then reinstalled and restored wallet but token balances did not arrive so do you think I should uninstall restore again?

 ok I will uninstall then reinstall and restore wallet with back up phrase and let you know shortly.

Ok that seems to have worked and I have been able to get my coins back into a new wallet,. Many thanks for your help and patience.

Coin didn’t show in my balance and it was in the crypto wallet it is up to one week now don’t know what is the problem

In my Tablet, The coins are shown… I install in my cellphone, and only two coins are showed

@Tobi, do not Work… If you see, my transactions are ok. In Exodus Wallet, my BTC and ETC are showed correctly…

@einhander I see, it seems your complaint here is your transaction history doesn’t display correctly.
If that’s it, you do not need to worry as it’s just a visual glitch.
You can always make confirmations on the Blockchain explorer as it’s always correct.

Hi, im having the same issue with BCB. Ive emailed directly but emails appear blank. Balance is 0 and i know that is wrong. Thread wont allow me to post a link or add screenshots

Thats my MEXC account, its not there. The token was in my wallet last i checked before i had to reinstall the app a couple days ago

@Cryptowiz If you sent to your MEXC account, then you need to contact the MEXC team then.

Are there some sync errors? My wallet shows right amount of eth but the balance is 0$ since it’s 0$ per 1eth (-100% abruptly on graph)
