Ballance Smart Chain(BNB) Disappeared

A minutes ago my ballance showed up on TrustWallet but then suddenly disappeared. Please advice what happend? No transaction made.

Hi Jenny, thanks for the work you are doing, I also have similar complaints. My balance was automatically transfered from my BSC wallet to BSC token without my approval. Can you kindly help retrieve.

1. You shared your 12 words (via phishing, social engineering, etc.);

2. You saved your 12 words in a very bad place;

3. Your device is corrupted with malware;

4. Someone had physical access to your device;

5. You entered your recovery phrase on a fake/clone app.

6. You transacted with a malicious DApp.

Unfortunately, confirmed transactions at blockchain are irreversible.

I have a wallet, whenever i tried depositing bnb into it, it wont reflect on the balance. I have some token I want to move to my account. can you please help
