Guys stop swaping again and again you will just lose the transfer fees, there is an issue with this app and the support team should solve it

Is it possible to buy SmartChain directly from trustwallet? Or do you just get BNB again then, it’s not explained well on Trustwallet…

I just tried swapping BNB for Smart Chain and my coins disappeared same as everyone else. No BNB and no Smart Chain. But Fee paid of course. Can you please support and I’d really like my refund for the fee?

Same here tried one swap trough the wallet and one with DEX both failed and both had fees deducted for no work done.
Im also getting a lot of website timeouts. I hope they will give us back our fee’s. I do not dare to swap anything now in the fear of losing more money for nothing.
Is there any other wallet we can use to swap bnb to smart chain apart from trust wallet?

Just got my BnB back. Waited about half an hour.
Hopefully Trust refund the trx fee.

I’m having the same issue also. Only left with $0.24 of BNB that I didn’t use, BNB smart chain balance is 0.
It happened to me too. Tried it twice bounced back at about 2hrs. Network fee deducted. This is frustrating
Hi, I tried to swap BNB from BEP2 to BEP20 (BSC) 14 hours ago. My transaction was EF2BDC2F62B35326EAEC388050A53D8B0071BF64244A2A6676DDE437CF83B2C3 as you can see from DEX explorer. It reduced the amount from 0.17550259 to 0.17142759 BNB, but it didn’t change chain. Those BNB’s are still on BEP2 chain. However I paid the fees. Please can you solve this issue and give back the transaction fees?
Anyone know if I need smart BNB to buy elongate? Trust wallet balance doesn’t appear on pancakeswap and not sure if its due to the coin type
Add myself, just happened now. Also fees taken from account. I’ll wait for bnb to return
