Adding myself to this situation. Did a BNB Bep2 to Bep20 swap and fees surely were processed but the change never ocurred. TrustWallet sure is loosing my Trust quickly…

I’ve tried to convert to smart chain twice now and have had no luck. It’s charged me the fee twice though so essentially has taken a portion of my BNB for nothing.

Same problem here, tried 1 time and then my coins came back after 20 minutes, than i tried again and nothing new, again disappeared.

My BNB have now reappeared as BNB (not smart chain) minus my transaction fee, support can we at least be refunded transaction fees??

BNB returns back and they took the fees, how i trust the trust wallet again?.

They won’t refund the fees sadly as the fee is used to pay the miners when you make the swap, I found this out from a trust wallet mod on reddit, pretty annoyed myself but nothing you can do

Any one from the trust wallet team to address whats going on? People are waiting and there fees has been charges already

So I found a work around. If you use Binance, just send back the BNB to Binance and then withdraw as Binance Smart Chain (Only possible on your computer). Then withdraw back to Trust Wallet.

It’s a pain and I still want my fee back!

Same issue here at 8:15am CT. This is ridiculous. Either fee should be waived or provided a small stipend to account for the loss in gains / trading strategy.

This is a major cop out by Trust Wallet.

I have the same exact problem. 3 Attempts, only one went though this morning and I wanted to add more but the other 2 attempts have returned my bnb with the fees taken out. This is ridiculous.

I’ve tried BNB to BSC 4 times in a row for the past two or three hours and it is not working, howeever I am getting charged for each time I try to convert, totally unfair.

This exact same thing happened to me? It’s charged me 3 times now to do this and it’s just not swapping? It takes 40 mins to do and then just comes back as BNB and has charged me each time to do this?
