Honestly think its best to wait, im pisses as well. In the time ive been trying to convert safemoon has gone up by 20% but to avoid more conversion fees I think the only thing to do is wait for the servers to calm down.
Had same issue. Did you withdraw BNB from Binance direct to Trust Wallet BNB Smart Chain? Can you tell me exactly why you did? Thanks!

Exactly the same thing is happening to me too, I hope they sort out the problem soon.
Iāve also had three swaps seem to fail. Iāve got my bnb back but Iām not out 3x the transfer feesā¦ Trustable, please help. Sucks that we are getting charged transfer fees for failed swaps.
TW sort this shithousery out. I appreciate the fee are to cover the costs; but if unsuccessful these need to be reimbursed, in full. I myself have attempted at least 5 times, one worked the rest failed. Someone needs to pipe up and sort this nonsense out

I transafered BNB from Binance to trust wallet and from trust wallet I wanted to swap BNB to Smartchain and all of the tokens just disappeared

Same thing happened to me, after about an hour my BNB was returned minus the fee. Tried a few more times to have the same thing happen. Doesnāt transfer, few hours later itās back in my wallet as bnb and not smart chain, minus the fee of course. Kind of crappy if getting charged fees for nothing.
this is ridiculous. twice Iāve tried to swap bnb to bnbsmartchain with no success but two fees taken! Not only do i need the fees back as a matter of urgency but trust wallet need to sort the issue out ASAP and start replying on here! They should also cover all the potential rewards Iāve missed out on! not happy at all
To use swapexchange do you need to change the BNB to BNB smartchain? because for some reason my bnb was not showing up
This happened to me twice!! I thought it would be probably be a bug or smthn the first time. Checked the forum, some people got it in 30-45 mins. I got it after an hour both times, and with the network fees deducted. What to do? How to get money back? And when will it be safe to swap it to smart chain?
I tried swapping BNB for smart chain and it took the fee but just returned the BNB after about an hour. Trying for a second time but is there a way to get the fee back since they didnāt actually swap?
use exodus as an alternative to swap BNB. The only bad withdraw from that alternative is the cost
Also suffering the same issue. Money back less the fee and no conversion. Come on guys, youāve been at it for hours. Letās get it resolved!
WORKAROUND!!!
So I found a work around. If you use Binance, just send back the BNB to Binance and then withdraw as Binance Smart Chain (Only possible on your computer). Then withdraw back to Trust Wallet.
Itās a pain and I still want my fee back!

I tried to convert 3 BNB to Smart Chain on Friday and they disappeared! I tried to convert 7 BNB early this AM to Smart Chain and they to disappeared. I was dumb enough to try it one more time about an hour ago and 3 BNB disappeared. Where are they going and will I ever get them back???
When I check my wallet by āBNBā or āSmart Chainā, they only show my original 3 coins from last Friday, they donāt even show any record of the other coins ever existing in my wallet! I was concerned that I had a bad app (read about it re the Apple App Store stocking bogus Apps), but it does appear to be the correct Apple App. What is going on? Can I expect to hear from Trust Wallet, and do I have any recourse? From what I am reading here, I am guessing that I am out of luck. Any assistance would be welcomed - thanks
