Coin not receiving

@DonB Please contact the customer support of destination address/platform so they can assist you with the deposit issue. If they are not willing to recover the crypto or credit your account, then, unfortunately, you may consider it as lost. Please be careful next time and triple-check before transacting.

3 I bought safemoon using pancakes swap then I went to coinmarket cap to copy the address of BEP20 and then I went back to my trust wallet to add custom token and paste the address I copied and from the network I chose smart chain but the price and the icon is not reflecting on my wallet
