I have tried 5 times now to swap my GALA for ETH… I’ve been charged a ETH gas EVERYTIME and yet, no change has been made other than the gas fee. I contacted support haven’t heard anything back. It’s not uniswap, or pancake, or sushi, because all have resulted in the same ending: gas fee, no swap, same amount in gala, less eth because of gas… what am I doing wrong?

Hello, I have almost the same problem of missing BNB. After trying to swap BUSD to BNB and the transaction was successful but the money is gone. Just like it vanished. Can’t trace it anywhere all happened yesterday

I bought MATIC token and sent it to my trust wallet but my wallet didn’t receive it.

I just tried swapping pex for Smart Chain and my coins disappeared. No BNB and no Smart Chain. But Fee paid of course. Can you please support and refund my fee?

Your tokens are in your wallet and you only need to add it manually as a custom token
Tap on the upper right corner in your wallet, search MATIC and enable the one with ERC20.
