Hey could someone please assist with a transfer I have made in error.
I was trying to buy dehub using trust wallet Ethereum and pancake swap & there is zero showing on my account.
I copy and pasted the dehub link into trust wallet after connection. Is there any way of retrieving the funds back :tired_face:?

Hi Jenny,

Could you help me out please. I’ve just followed your instructions on what to share. I purchased Ufloki on PancakeSwap and approved the transaction but nothing has appeared on my Trust Wallet after transaction was completed.

It’s not allowing me to attach images.

You need to find the owner of that address if not your funds can be considered lost.

I bought yesterday some UNO RE token but after 12 hours it’s not in my wallet

Status says success but no coins in my wallet
Any ideas please ?

Your Binance-pegged tokens are in your wallet and you only need to add it as a custom token.
Tap the upper right corner in your wallet, search ETH and enable the one with BEP20 to view your funds.

Thanks it worked… For future where do we find that contract token and decimal?

The contract number you gave me is different from the one I Can see on my transaction details. Just curious so that I don’t have to post here all the time in the future. Thanks @JennyMillan

Also what is the different decimals? I see mine was different and others was decimal 18??

You can always find them on the explorer, use Etherscan.io for ERC20 tokens and BscScan.com for Smartchain (Bep20) tokens.

same thing happened with me.
whenever I receive some good gain in my token, after few mins if disappears… not sure why…
I think someone accessing my trust wallet. how to secure the account ?
