I have transferred cate coin from trustwallet to gate io. I explained my transferring process it is succesful and my all information is correct and it lasted lots of days but ıt is still not received

This hash can be found on bscscan. I completed this transaction over an hour ago and it states “success” but the amount is not showing up in my trust wallet.

@Furkanislek Please contact the customer support of gate.io so they can assist you with the deposit issue. If they are not willing to recover the crypto or credit your account, then, unfortunately, you may consider it as lost. Please be careful next time and triple-check before transacting.

Your tokens are in your wallet and you only need to add it manually as a custom token using these details
Tap on the upper right corner in your Trust app then search ETH and enable the one with BEP20

I was trying to buy 65euros of Bnb from trust wallet through ramp third party provider… My money dissappered from my bank account but I never received my Bnb… This is my Bnb balance before and after the purchase
On 31st October when I saw Infinit X is going up I partially swap to WBNB that I remember about 1.32 bnb I forced to swap even the value of exchange is very small ,then I’m not contented I completed all to swap my Infinit X to WBNB . Then when I checked my TW wallet it does not appear ,or at that time I only add the custom token Infinit X to my TW . So there is no coming WBNB in my wallet.
If I check in my watchlist portpolio there is BNB
Coins can be seen. It was not synchronized only with my wallet.
I submit 2x ticket in Trust support but until now it is not solve yet.
I extract VSB format file. Of InfinitX transaction in my contract. My wallet is intact I did not noticed of missing coins.

It’s a very surprising ,I have just heard that coins from you,Allan ,I have a lot of other coins to be buy.
But any way I tried to checked that coins I added custom coin you mentioned but it does not appear in my wallet.
I have done 2 swap transaction the one you mention ,1,200$ is the first one I swap ,how about the 2nd transaction ,also note is it the correct price or swapping ,please checked ,I have 103,804 Infinit X ,then the price in the exchange is 0.19 / coin in the 1st transaction I agree the 1,200$ ,and where is my 2nd transaction .
