But still it didn’t solved the problem. I am still missing the coin that i buy.

To better assist, please provide us the following information:

  1. Trust Wallet app version (open the app, go to the settings of the app and press “About” and attach it here)

  2. Crypto wallet address (press the receive icon near the send button, and attach it here)

  3. Transaction hash or link (if you have any, please copy and paste )

  4. Further details about your issue (please explain what you were trying to do)

Hi, can you help me out too. I wanted to buy some refineable ($FINE) with BNB and there was a transaction error and my 2 BNB went missing. Looking further it seems to have sent to a contract address of refineable.

  1. 5.24 (newest)

  4. I was trying to buy refineable on launch day and it bugged out. Further transactions went though.

Hi, @ds2770 I enabled screenshot sending for you. You can send screenshot directly here now.
How ever tr to enable it manually by tapping on top right corner and search FINE then switch on FINE BEP20 manually. This guide can help too: How to Add or Remove a Coin

Yeah mines are missing too 2 orders of bnb from simplex. This is a total of .3022308 in bnb missing from my account.

It won’t let me load anything additionally.

There’s no incoming transaction with 0.3 BNB
The third-party crypto providers like MoonPay, Simplex, etc. are taking time in distributing the bought cryptos due to the increased demand. It is best to contact them directly. Support ticket links can be checked here:

That is not my issue. I already have fine and I can see it. But that specific transaction was an error and on TrustSwap but said success on bsc scan. I never received the refineable and my bnb was taken away.

I bought shibu yesterday, two different transactions. The token addresses were fine, but it still shows that I have no shibu. Both transactions were executed and the money is gone but no shibu. What is going on?

a few minutes ago, 6250 BTT disappeared from my account. They just disappeared, the tronscan shows nothing. What happened and where did my crypto go? how can i get them back?
