Hi, i got an issue with my last transaction from binance to trustwallet about Eth using bep20. The problem is i canot see nothing un my trustwallet … if someone can help me please, its my first expérience with trustwallet

Hello @Redmala
Your tokens are in your wallet and you only need to add it manually as a custom token
Tap on the upper right corner in your wallet, search ETH and enable the one with BEP20.

My tokens are missing i will buy pumpeth on 03-dec-2021 of 13,755,744.87 quantity but now its showing only 249.227172534 quantity how my tokens are missing my transaction hash is 0x0e4035bb53befdd296f31985bb1f0f26bade79e18e296c3d005823de56725887 please help me to solve this issue

On Date 23AUG2021 @ 4:06 pm EST I woke up from a nap with notifications that my crypto had been transferred out of my wallet to another. I’m missing 104m SHIBA and at the time $20 worth of ETH. I have submitted NUMEROUS help tickets as well as screenshots and never gotten a response or let alone my crypto back. I just want my crypto back so I can cash out and put this money to use. Hello @Shobhesh There is no problem with the app. This token has an elastic supply.
Elastic supply tokens have a changing circulating supply. The idea is that instead of price volatility, what changes is the token supply through events called rebases.
Simple explanation. Price goes up, less tokens. Price goes down, more tokens.
I suggest you to read and understand on tokenomics of any project before investing.

Your wallet is compromised then and here are the possible reasons:

  1. You shared your 12 words (via phishing, social engineering, etc.);

  2. You saved your 12 words in a very bad place;

  3. Your device is corrupted with malware;

  4. Someone had physical access to your device;

  5. You entered your recovery phrase on a fake/clone app.

  6. You transacted with a malicious DApp.

Unfortunately, confirmed transactions at blockchain are irreversible.
