Nano transaction is still pending from Binance since June 19

My transaction is still pending from binance jun 19 please help. Binance eventually said withdrawal was successful, not sure how to check status

  4. Withdrew from binance.us Jun 19, says successful on binance, with 0 actual confirmations and 1 necessary confirmation

@shandon transaction is still pending on blockchain, contact sender platform for this issue.

I contacted them and told them that and this is their rwsponse:

“As shown on the block explorer (image below), the assets were successfully sent and confirmed. The receiving address of this transaction is [redacted]

Given that the assets were successfully withdrawn from the Binance.US platform to the receiving address provided above, we no longer have custody of the tokens and cannot access them.

Please contact the owner of the address, or the support team where the assets were sent to inquire about the possibility of recovering your funds, as we are not able to move funds off of an address that we do not own.”

Hi @shandon,

Please be informed that you are using an older version of the app, which was released on May 19, 2022. You have to update to the latest version in order for the pending state to be processed.
