Can I please get some help
Retrieving my funds that never showed up in my account??? I filed a ticket a couple weeks ago.

I’ve added a custom token using the provided info and still no change. All it appears to do is turn on the switch for XYO in the tokens list. Still no sign of my currency.

Alan - So does everything look good on Trust Wallets end?? I did everything right… can you provide any information so I can share with Bitmart??

Please help - I cannot locate my funds anymore - I sent it to an address I thought was converting my BNB to BB and then the funds disappeared.

Contact the Bitmart team, send them your transaction hash plus proof your payment was made to your Bitmart address

Hello, I tried to deposit bnb from bitmart an HR ago. Bitmart sent me the confirmation email right away but my trust wallet is still showing anything. My bitmart still shows it all withdrawn as well. Is there anyone here who can please help?!?
