Retrieving my funds that never showed up in my account??? I filed a ticket a couple weeks ago.

Your tokens are in your wallet and you only need to add it manually as a custom token using these details
Network: Ethereum
Contract: 0x55296f69f40ea6d20e478533c15a6b08b654e758
Decimals: 18

I’ve added a custom token using the provided info and still no change. All it appears to do is turn on the switch for XYO in the tokens list. Still no sign of my currency.

Alan - So does everything look good on Trust Wallets end?? I did everything right… can you provide any information so I can share with Bitmart??

Please help - I cannot locate my funds anymore - I sent it to an address I thought was converting my BNB to BB and then the funds disappeared.

Contact the Bitmart team, send them your transaction hash plus proof your payment was made to your Bitmart address
