Sent 3 DOT transactions from Binance to my Trust Wallet address, need help

Hi there, I sent 3 DOT transactions from Binance to my Trust Wallet adress, only one shows on my balance, the other 2 shows as received but not added to my total amount. This is from January already. After sending messages thru the help center, nobody ever ansers, so why having this service ??
what can i do ?

To better assist, please provide us the following information:

  1. Trust Wallet app version (open the app, go to the settings of the app and press “About”, take a screenshot, and attach it here)
  2. DOT wallet address
  3. Screenshots of the wallet (including errors, if any)
