Some of my airdrop doesn’t reflected

Hi @Alan47, some of my tokens and airdrop didn’t appear in two of my trust wallets. How do I navigate that?? Will appreciate your help. Thanks

Hello @Scophyld To better assist, please send the following information:

  1. Trust Wallet app version (open the app, go to the settings of the app and press “About”, take a screenshot, and attach it here)

  2. Crypto wallet address (press the receive icon near the send button, take a screenshot of the QR code, and attach it here. Also copy and paste it in plain text)

  3. Transaction hash or link (if you have any, please copy and paste)

  4. Further details about your issue (please explain what you were trying to do)

  5. Screenshots of the wallet (including errors or missing balance)

The same issue here @Alan47 . I have sent two emails to trust wallet support team and I’m yet to receive any feedback. Please help

I received an airdrop of 40 METAKINGS (MTK) which is not visible in my wallet. But then I connected my wallet to poocoin on DAaps which then showed that the coins are in the wallet. Please

Hi I have problem with my trust wallet account. On the 22 Feb 2022 I claim 300BNB airdrop and they did not reflect to my account. Please help me with this issue and thanks you in advance.

It’s says sorry you can’t Emden media in a post. So how do you send screenshots.

Yes that is my first account and I haven’t received any money on that address, the one that I have sent you is my second account. The reason why I sent you that receive IP address, the reason why I gave you that one my recovery phrase has been expose. I can sent you screenshots to proof to you that is my account, if you can assist me on how to send screenshots because I have been trying to do so but It says that you can’t emden media to a post. Please help me.
