I swaped usdt to wrapped btc in pancackeswap, and the money dissapeared. What can I do?

hi, i recently swapped BNM to Thetan Coin using pancake swap. But after swapping, the coin does not appear in my wallet and my BNM have all gone. i have try to add custom token but it also does not appear. on my trust wallet, it states that i have transfer to an account that i am not familiar and does not know. is there any way that i can retrieve my BNM? my BNM was transferred to this account: (0x0de914ae30E1a0eCfd007D6eB21826C765fFA78E

Hello @bian95 Here are the possible reasons for unrecognized transaction :

  1. You shared your 12 words (via phishing, social engineering, etc.);

  2. You saved your 12 words in a very bad place;

  3. Your device is corrupted with malware;

  4. Someone had physical access to your device;

  5. You entered your recovery phrase on a fake/clone app;

  6. You transacted with a malicious DApp.

Unfortunately, confirmed transactions at blockchain are irreversible.

Hello, i need help please
I recently tried swapping floki uni coin into bnb smart chain using pancake swap.
It said success but my trust wallet app still showed it sitting in my floki coin.
I then tried a day later to swap the floki uni coin into xrp (what i wanted the bnb for anyway) on pancake swap.
It said successfull and the xrp is in my wallet but the value of my floki was about $150 and its only swapped into 2.7 odd xrp worth $0.80 ???
Any advise please?

@Steve40401 you actually received 2.742130108145027917 XRP after swapping your Floki. If error occurred during swapping you have to contact PancakeSwap for support.

hi alan, i was sure all of the above was not true in my case. but i understand if it is not reversible. however, how do i make sure that this does not happen again? do i create a new wallet?

Yes i recieved the xrp
I had 4,172,386.———— total value around $150
To only recieve 2.7 xrp
Have i done something wrong or is it system error?

You need to create a new wallet immediately, back it up and never give out your recovery keys to anyone.

I bought ATA token using USDT on BEP20. I used my trust wallet on android and bought ATA token on their web page. I didn’t receive the credit on my ATA toke address on trustwallet.
