Hi the same thing happened to me I tried to swap a little bit of BNB to top up my avax but as I confirmed it, it now says smart contract call but it now says 0 AVAX. Can you help?

You can check the explorer to scan your address.

Hello I am having this same problem. I did a swap from AMP to ETH. I have not recvied any of the ETH but some of my ETH was taken out due to the transaction fees. It has been over 12 hours and i have already submitted a support ticket.

@Jking When swapping tokens for the first time, you must approve it first to be spendable. And that is what you did just now.
Since you are done approving the token, you need to enter the amount that you want to exchange, then press the swap button.
All in all, you will confirm two transactions: approve and swap.

Hi, I have added every single AVAX token and it is not there. On the activity it says I have sent the avax to a different address. But I didn’t all I done was try to swap BNB for AVAX straight swap. Has someone got into my account?

When i tried to do the swap i wasn’t able to confirm because of the transaction fee. The first time i did the swap it was only a $10 and $6 transaction fee. Now when i want to swap for the same amount the transaction fees are 200$ and more. What is the problem here ?

I don’t understand. The fees are high because a lot of people are making transactions. So I will just have to wait till the fees drop? . I just don’t understand why I was able to make the first swaps without having the fees so high.

@vnad77 When swapping tokens for the first time, you must approve it first to be spendable. And that is what you did.
