@s.mohebi Your tokens didn’t reflect because you withdrew VET BEP20 to your native VET address.

To recover your funds, please follow this guide:

Select ETH in the coin part, then select the BIP32 option under Derivation Path, Client “Custom derivation path” .
Enter the following values for BIP32 Derivation Path m/44'/818'/0'/0

and continue with Step 4.

After getting the private key, open the Trust Wallet app > settings > wallets > + button on the top right corner > i already have a wallet > BSC > import the private key

Your BTC is in your wallet, if you can’t still see them, then you can update your Trust app and reimport your wallet.

@mostafaebady It’s not showing in your Transaction history but your balance is correct.
Transaction history not showing is just a visual glitch.
The blockchain is always right and as you can confirm, your balance on the Blockchain explorer is same as in your Trust app.

I have sent BNB on Bsc network from MEXC to trust wallet I have entered correct address. I have verified it on BSCscan but still my fund didn’t receive at trust wallet . What I should do to recover it

  1. Trust Wallet app version (open the app, go to the settings of the app and press “About”, then attach it here)

  2. Crypto wallet address (press the receive icon near the send button, copy and paste it here in plain text)

  3. Transaction hash or link (if you have any, please copy and paste)

@Jitumani Please check your two recent transactions after the BNB came in, you somehow already used that amount up in gas fees.

I didn’t use it. As soon as transaction completed I got notification and then I went to trust wallet app but I didn’t receive. I can it possible?

@Jitumani If you didn’t initiate the transaction, then it’s likely your wallet is compromised and you need to stop using the wallet and create a new one.
