@orbit8 @yaserpqoq if you truly did everything (those that I mentioned above) then the last option would be to use a different wallet that supports the importing of Qtum wallet: Wallet - Qtum. Multiple users reported that using a VPN actually works. There are no issues on Trust Wallet’s end.

in the qtum history i resieved qtum but balance is zero.

These are the only ways to fix it:
- Make sure you are using the latest version of the app (1.27.18 or higher for Android, 5.19 or higher for iOS)
- Use WiFi with a strong internet connection instead of mobile data for the app to display the correct balance. If it won’t work, use VPN as well.
- Re-install the app (make sure you have the backup of the recovery phrase so you can import it later)
As mentioned by these users, VPN works well. Do your due diligence in checking what kind of VPN to use.

The issue is likely with your ISP blocking the required queries for some reason. Keep on trying multiple VPNs and locations.
