@Minamina you have to add them as custom tokens. Here are the steps that you can do to manually add the token: How to Add a Custom Token

Network: Smart Chain

Hi, I am having a similar problem and it has been 8 hours since the transaction. I swapped via Pancake Swap my BNB to Ethereum and the transaction says it was successful but it is not showing in my Ethereum wallet. Please help! I have tried to attach all information but I also cannot add media.

Hello @Hrmcc1 you swapped Bnb for Binance peg ETH not native ETH, so it will not displayed on Ethereum native coin balance.

To be able to view it, please tap on top right corner and search Ethereum token then switch on Ethereum token BEP20 manually. This guide can help too: How to Add or Remove a Coin

Hello @Tshidir that is actual amount you received after swapping and what you currently have in your wallet. If it’s error during swapping, you have to contact exchange/DApp used.

So far I’ve lost 5 Polychain NFTs with pancake swap and trust wallet. I do nothing different, but for some reason one out of every 10 or 20 NFTs I mint, get sent to the contract, and instead of getting the freshly minted erc721 back, it sends them to some other wallet. Is pancake swap scamming? Is it a wallet problem? I’ve never once sent one of my nfts to anyone else, so I don’t know how this is happening. I got charged bnb to lose my tokens. I’ve had no luck getting any help from pancake swap

hi there,

I am having similar issue. Bought Smaug token using my BNB token using pancakeswap but though the transaction looks to have been successful but i cant see Smaug token in the trust wallet.
When i bought Smaug token, the balance of Smart Chain BNB was used.
Any idea how I can get back Smaug token in the wallet.

It seems you fell for a phishing attack and your wallet compromised.
Here are the possible reasons:

  1. You shared your 12 words (via phishing, social engineering, etc.);

  2. You saved your 12 words in a very bad place;

  3. Your device is corrupted with malware;

  4. Someone had physical access to your device;

  5. You entered your recovery phrase on a fake/clone app.

  6. You transacted with a malicious DApp.

Unfortunately, confirmed transactions at blockchain are irreversible.
